Our technical grade Urea, also called carbamide, is soluble in water and alcohol and is non-combustible. In gold recovery processes, it is used as a neutralizer of excess nitric acid in aqua regia solutions.
In the process of gold extraction from e-waste, Urea is usually used along with Sodium Metabisulfate.
Technical grade chemicals are meant for commercial and industrial purposes only. Not pure enough to be offered for food, drug, or medicinal use of any kind.
