Our 88% Formic Acid is a clear, colorless liquid with a pungent odor. It is principally used as a preservative and antibacterial agent in livestock feed. It is also used as a pesticide to treat and control mites that infest honey bee hives. Other uses of formic acid include dying textiles, tanning leather and electroplating.
Formic Acid is not available for online purchase. Sales are only for local pick up through our retail store in Lakewood, Colorado.
