The innovative design of SureStrain™ Premium Cell Strainers provides a fast, efficient, and user-friendly solution for detaching, isolating, and straining cells from clusters and tissues.
This particular porosity size features a color-coded teal polypropylene frame supporting a 10µm nylon mesh. Seven additional color-coded porosities are available to be stacked and interlocked (5, 20, 30, 40, 50, 70 and 100µm). This wide range of options enhances filtration versatility, giving users precise control over cell aggregate and clump filtration.
The advanced frame and housing design improve performance by eliminating the “air-lock” effect. This design allows air to escape as filtrate enters the tube, ensuring smooth processing, preventing messy spillovers, and reducing overall processing time.
Designed for compatibility with 50mL tubes, the strainer package includes a sterile reducing adapter for use with 15mL, 17×100mm, 12×75mm, and 5mL conical tubes. Packs of 25 additional adapters are available separately.
