This HPLC grade Acetone comes in a one gallon poly bottle and is manufactured for routine High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis. This purified grade of solvent is filtered to 0.2 micron and UV transparent for most LC and spectroscopy usage.
Acetone is colorless and mixes with water, alcohol, chloroform, ether and most oils. It evaporates quickly.
